Motivation is the second most important factor in our lives. It is not always necessary that we will do the correct things if we are driven by others. To be properly motivated, we must first go through self-awareness, as described in the first paragraph.
There are various sources of motivation in our digital era, but we must determine what we must embrace. For example, you may watch long motivational videos on YouTube, which may be in visual or verbal form, but always select what best suits you.
Furthermore, constantly pay attention to the individuals or mentors in your life. Sometimes the words or acts of others can have a significant influence on our lives. Determine your goal, such as what and why they are telling you and interact appropriately.
Just as fuel powers an engine, motivation powers emotions, driving effective outcomes in your life.
3. Empathy and Social Skills
When you are socially active, it is crucial to develop empathy for others since it promotes good collaboration. Before doing anything, you should listen to people, their perspectives and what they are attempting to express.
Empathy provides a sense of trust and comfort in social situations. It is the third and last crucial component of Emotional Intelligence that assists you in finding equilibrium in all aspects of your life.
Emotional Intelligence is an ongoing development that takes time to acquire, but once you have it, it makes your life more satisfying and inspires others.

1. Resilience- Embracing Opportunities
The enormous potential lies in resilience. It indicates that no matter how difficult or impossible a problem appears to be, when you think about it attentively, numerous chances that give you the strength to stand up and work for it. You just have to tackle it with a positive attitude.
Have a clear and strong goal in mind and when you attentively work for it, you will go with vast opportunities over challenges.
2. Conflict Resolution – Clarifying Points of Agreement

We believe that a certain activity may make us happy, but in reality, when you have a positive mindset, the thing you do gradually grows on you. When discussing well-being, it is critical to recognize that it begins with having a quiet mind and practicing serenity. When you do this, you increase your chances of having good thoughts.
